Doing various exercises daily, like yoga, bodyweight, using @monkii_co bars 2 and isocore, using a kettlebell, jumping rope. I can still feel the strain from 15 min of “animal crawl” exercises last Sat! πŸ¦πŸ»πŸ¦€
